Getting started is easy
Once you’re invited to join a team of care, we’ll create your account and contact you to help you login to the app. From there, the app will guide your onboarding.
Join a Team of Care
Before you can get started, someone has to request your support. Once you have received an invite to join a team of care, we will get started.

Complete your onboarding
Your onboarding tasks will be clearly defined in your mobile app. Tasks vary by situation, but include a variety of screenings and trainings.

Start filling your schedule
Once your onboarding is complete, Guardians can request your support through the app. All that's left is for you to accept your first shift.
